Internationally recognized and widely published in the fields of international training, intercultural communications and family training for overseas living, Mel Schnapper, Ph.D. has spent more than 15 years in organization/ management development and training. His experiences have taken him to Europe, Canada, East and West Africa, Central America and the South Pacific.

Dr. Schnapper holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, an MA from Northwestern University, and a BA from Howard University. His previous positions include: Director of Development and Training, G. D. Searle & Co., Quaker Oats Company, and the Public Service Commission of Western Samoa.

Dr. Schnapper's clients represent major organizations from business and industry, government, military and international development agencies. With the Charles Stuart Group, an executive outplacement consulting firm, he counsels many executives in multinationals how to enhance their market potential and job hunting skills.
