Summary
Over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors as internal and external consultant for change management, organization development, and training. Have created and directed major corporate programs and worked with all employee groups. Effective in coaching/counseling executives and managers on issues of Total Quality, management, productivity, performance, teamwork, career planning and effectiveness. Have also managed staffs with planning, budgeting and recruiting responsibilities.

1997- present: Oracle Corporation.
Quality Manager, Americas Enterprise Solutions, Oracle Consulting Services. Responsible for baselining and improvement of any metrics for any function with a focus on performance measures of functions, teams, individuals, service lines, new initiatives, sales, etc.
Quality Manager, Global Project Management Service Line, Oracle Consulting Services.
Responsible for the Global baselining and improvement of some 20 key metrics of effective project management and consulting to each function to improve that function, Establishment of a corporate hierarchy of objectives for all of Oracle that will support the service line, Executive coaching of my boss and others, Seeding the organization with the culture of measuring and achieving for results with the "3Ms of Performance: Measure, Manage and Magnify", a program I developed and am now bringing to Oracle.
Managing Principal Consultant, Organizational Change Management Practice. Conduct organizational assessments, develop templates for organizational change and communication. Develop a methodology so client could transform itself into a global company. Provide change services for macro-change efforts of a highly technical nature.

Created the "3M's of Performance-Measure, Manage and Magnify" a system of organizational and performance improvement. Incorporates skills for managing corporate culture, change management, 360 Feedback, Self-Directed Work Teams, Leadership.

*Diversity program for Prudential Health Care that developed structure and systems for continued improvement of teamwork, incentives and career mobility.

Created corporate-wide Management by Objectives program including strategic , corporate and individual performance objectives. Produced clarity for performance appraisal and reward/bonus programs. Trained all executives and managers to implement system and coached President and Chairman of the Board on change management strategies.

General Human Resources Development consulting. Corporate clients have included: Holiday Inns -for regional and property level management teams, Leader Effectiveness Training (LET); American Express - Project Management; AT&T- Teambuilding and Management by Objectives(MBO);B.F. Goodrich - Managing Corporate Culture, teambuilding, and management skills. Have conducted Training of trainers, Stress and Time, interpersonal, intercultural and organizational communication. Designed trainer and materials including evaluation procedures for all the above.
1977 to 1980 G.D. Searle. Director of Organization Development and Training.
Conducted and coordinated management and supervisory programs for senior to lower level employees. Acted as corporate consultant to Searle-owned businesses. Developed objectives-oriented goal setting, performance appraisal systems. Altered the posture of the HRD department to be more responsive to short-term needs.
1975 to 1977. Quaker Oats Co. Director of Organization Development,
Initiated division-wide organization and individual development efforts at headquarters, plants and in Europe. Efforts cut across major functional areas of, operations, marketing, engineering. Initiated and designed surveys to improve quality of work life and support non-union management approach. Designed and implemented career and management development, team building, project management, manpower planning and affirmative action/EEO. Produced cohesive change management strategy and improved performance throughout the company
