An expert on job hunting, Dr. Mel Schnapper, Ph.D., is obviously a good one-on-one coach and counselor offscreen, and this video captures as much of his charisma as possible short of Schnapper working personally with the viewer. Not merely a random assortment of tips and techniques, the video advocates a totally systematized job-hunting effort that takes the viewer through self-evaluation, resume writing, interviewing, and beyond. Schnapper speaks in clear and concrete language and the video's production is equally no-nonsense.
